General Motors just announced the launch of their Onstar fleet management tool. The automaker is hoping that their tool, the OnStar Vehicle Insights, will continue to provide revenue tied to GM made vehicles by providing fleet operators with real-time vehicle data, including location, driver performance and health and maintenance information.
