Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov called the agreement with Portugal on consultations on cyber security "a model for the countries that are moving away from professional discussions of this issue." Earlier on Saturday in Lisbon, Lavrov and Portuguese Foreign Minister Augusto Santos Silva signed a memorandum of understanding between the foreign ministries, which in particular provides for political consultations.
