Woodside Energy Ltd revealed Monday that it has invested in Sapien Cyber Ltd, a Western Australian cyber security firm. In a press release published on Woodsides website, the company said it will take a 10 percent shareholding in Sapien Cyber, subject to satisfaction of conditions precedent. Woodside Chief Technology Officer Shaun Gregory will join the Sapien Cyber advisory board as an observer, the release revealed.
